Commissioning TOS

Thank you for having an interest in commissioning art from me, I appreciate you. I do, however, have a few things that I need to put out there before we get started and that’s what this will be for starting with general rules for all types of commissioning and then getting more into specifics. Thank you for reading this, by saying you agree to TOS you’re agreeing that you have read and understood all of the things in this document. Also it's important to know that these may change at my digression.

All Commission Basics

I have the right to refuse any commission.
I will absolutely NOT do any homophobic, racist, or otherwise hateful art work. Political work will also be declined.
All payment required upfront.
- 50% of payment on orders over $30 is refundable.
- Orders $30 and under are nonrefundable.
Once a price is agreed upon it is non-negotiable and non-refundable. (Unless special circumstances arise.)
Do not edit any image I send to you in any way unless I state otherwise.
All commissions are mostly digital. Physical paintings are difficult commissions for me.

Make sure you have something in mind. I want you to be happy with what I am drawing you, however please do not ask me to re-draw it more than two times. I will start to raise the final price in increments of five for every version that I do after that point. (If more explanation is required, just let me know.) If major edits are required that involve completely changing some or all parts of an image that will be considered a redraw. I see it as every redraw is basically a new drawing; and not just a line or two that needs fixing or a different facial expression. So, please have a basic description in mind. However if you do decide you want something different, that will be considered a redraw and 5$ will be added to the final price.

If you want an emote, an example description would be:

I would like a cute rage face that looks kinda like me. Here is a picture or two of me so you can see what the cartoony character should look like. Can I have the following colors incorporated?

Please keep in mind.. You will not get the Mona Lisa to look good at 28x28. Less is more in the emote world.

Once you say you are happy with the product and agree that it is finished (I will ask a few times) I will not re-do or change it other than to clean up lines, spilled colors, or loose ends. If you want something added to it at this point, it will cost another five dollars. If you decide you are no longer happy with it and want something else you will need to pay for a new drawing on top of paying for the work that I’ve completed already.

All artwork is allowed to be displayed in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon. And Finally, please credit me as the artist.

Also note, that I will be completely honest with you. If I’ve never done something that you’re asking for I will offer to do a quick sketch to form an idea and make an attempt. If you don’t like the extremely rough sketch, then we will not proceed. (The sketch will still be $10.)

Last note: If someone recommended you, please tell me who! (Just for fun.)

Twitch Related Commissions

All of twitch TOS is expected to apply when it comes to twitch related commissions. No nudity is also an additional thing that I have to add here, not even partial nudities.

As a general rule pricing is subject to change at my discretion, but it will not change after the set price is agreed on.

Please keep in mind that prices are non-negotiable and $10 paid up front is required. Refunds are not available unless special circumstances arise.

The prices are as follows:

Emotes/badges:

$20 for per emote
Starter Pack: $125 as a Group of Seven
- 3 base emotes and 4 sub badges (1 month, 3 months, 6 month, and 12 months.)
Shablam package: $175 as a Group of Nine
- 3 emotes and 6 sub badges
Adding emotes to a package above will cost $15 a piece instead of the full $20

Panels: $25 a piece

Logos: 80$ (as a base price)

Starting screen: $60

brb/extra screens: $60

Shirt/merch Design: $60 (base price)

When it comes to Merch Design 60$ is what it is, depending on how complicated the design is I may have to add an additional 10$ or more because of time restraints. It is similar for Logos, depending on what you’re looking for depends on whether or not the price gets raised.

General Commissions

These commissions are not for commercial use. No t-shirts, no selling the image, it’s for your own personal enjoyment. If you have a specific deadline please move along. I’m not exactly the healthiest person and cannot stick to deadlines very well. This is not to say that I won’t do commercialized commissions, those are just set to a different standard and can be discussed.

The prices for this start at a non-refundable $20. These are generally bigger pieces and take more time than most twitch commissions. Prices listed below are the base prices. For example a head portrait of a character would be the $20 + $30. Making it a full $50 in total as long as extras are not included. The pen will not touch the tablet until the initial $20 is paid. You also must tell me at the sketch point if you want to cancel. (Unless it’s just the sketch commission.) After the sketch is finished the full payment is required before I continue.

Sketch (No great detail/definition/color): $15
- Background color is generally grey or light tan.
Head Portraits: $30
- Flat Colored: +$10
- Painted: +$20
- With Solid Colored background: +$10
- With Detailed background: +$20
- Additional Person: +$30
Bust Portraits: $50
- Flat Colored: +$20
- Painted: +$30
- Solid Colored background: +$10
- With detailed background: +$30
- Additional Person: +$40
Partial/Full body: $70
- Flat Colored: +$30
- Painted: +$40
- Solid Colored background: +$10
- With Detailed Background: +$40
- Additional Person: +$60

Traditional/Physical Commissions

These commissions are far more rare and much harder to get from me. I am willing to try these; however, I still very much have the right to refuse especially if I do not have a P.O box at the time. These require a $150 nonrefundable deposit. This covers some materials, the initial sketch and planning, as well as consultation and possibly the shipping. I paint in acrylic or watercolors and have not yet dove into the world of oils.

For these, the sketch portion of this is very important. You explain to me what you want, and I will sketch it out. I will also need to know if there are any specific colors, for example if you want a dragon chewing on a knight I need to know what color dragon. This is one of those things that unless you just want a $1000 mystery painting I need details of what you want.

Basic prices: (After the initial $150)

Canvas/Wood Board/Panels (Acrylics)

Smaller up to 5x7 - $150

8x10 - $200

9x12 - $250

11x14 - $350

Anything larger - to be discussed but requires a $300 non-refundable deposit instead of the $150.

Framed - at minimum an extra $30+ depending on size.

The prices above are for canvas board, if you want actual canvas the price increases. Also for canvases there are different shaped canvas; for example triangles, stars, hearts, and so on. The various shapes also have different costs which can be discussed.

For any physical commissions overseas will also add the cost of shipping.

I will also only take on one of these at a time.
